We must realize the secret of Jesus’ baptism
Do you know and believe in the secret of the baptism Jesus received from John? I would like to tell you about this through Romans 6:1-4. “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”
In order to understand this Scripture and dig out the truth, we must first of all comprehend Paul’s faith shown in Galatians 3:27 and have the same faith as him. He says, “For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” What does this Scripture mean? Now we can understand these words through Matthew 3:13-17.
